Chef Natthapong (BT) Thaglaewphan graduated from Dusit Thani Culinary College, number one Culinary school in Thailand. He opened a small restaurant in Thailand, but he wanted to come to the United State in pursuit of new experience and opportunities. He has a true passion for cooking, and it shows in his dishes and food taste. His belief is that food can both nourish the body and please the palate, all while having fun.
